UPPER BACK PAIN

 

Integrated Manual Therapy for Upper Back Pain, Neck and Shoulder pain.

Specific conditions addressed will be upper back pain, Atlas/ Axis mobilization, whiplash, cervical sprains and strains, facet joint dysfunction, spinal stenosis, cervical shearing forces, joint capsule adhesions, degenerative disc conditions, bulging discs, spinal stenosis, and joint arthritis.

Complicated shoulder capsular adhesions, Rotator Cuff Injuries, Shoulder Impingement, Bursitis, Pectoralis Minor Tendinosis, Bicipital Tendinosis, Rhomboid Pain, and Thoracic Outlet will also be addressed.

To achieve musculoskeletal balance, I use modalities like functional assessment, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, multidirectional frictioning, eccentric scar tissue mobilization, joint capsule release, corrective stretching and strengthening protocols.

​

The focus will be on balancing all muscle groups around upper back area.

​

This unique multidisciplinary approach to deep tissue release for structural alignment will be completely pain free, and possibly allow for immediate and permanent results even in the most complicated pain conditions.
